Section 155
Don't damage religious places or sacred places
(1) Any person, knowingly or with the intention of hating or insulting the religious beliefs or religion of any caste, caste, sect or class, harms or damages any place of religious worship, prayer or work or any place, object, mashanghat or grave considered sacred. or cause damage or in any way pollute, deface, litter or do any other similar act.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be imprisoned for up to three years and fined up to thirty thousand rupees.
(3) If a foreigner commits or commits an offense as per sub-section (1), he shall be sent out of Nepal within seven days of the payment of imprisonment as per sub-section (2).
